About me

Alongside many clinical conditions and mental health struggles, I treat patients coping with the stresses of everyday life. Challenges can come in all shapes and forms, and stress can be expressed through a range of symptoms. I specialise in helping people understand how stress, mood, anxiety, and life events can take a toll on the mind and the body. Those suffering from anxiety and depression can find a safe place for treatment in my practice. However, much of my work also focuses on helping those with physical health symptoms that may not be fully explainable through medical diagnosis or not fully treatable with traditional surgeries or medications. Some of these patients feel they have chronic health conditions that just seem to go on and on- chronic pain symptoms and diagnoses, arthritis, IBS, insomnia, chest and heart conditions, excess weight, among many others. Additionally I specialise in neuropsychology, for those who additionally feel changes to cognition, memory, thinking patterns, or fatigue levels, or those with longer-term neurological conditions like those post-stroke or TBI. My eclectic approach can help you find a treatment style to address your specific goals and to identify how you move forward with the lifestyle you want.
