About me

Hi, I'm Nisha. As a Registered & Chartered Psychologist for over 19 years, I’ve dedicated myself to working with children and adults - with a range of challenges. I help those I work with to break habitual negative thought and behavioural patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to support those with mental health concerns to reframe their life situation and to live the best version of their lives possible.

My areas of expertise are in mental health and learning differences and I support both children and adults with a range of emotional, educational, cognitive and physical health conditions.

I employ a range of psychological therapies including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time-Line Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Based Therapy, Guided Meditation, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Technique.

I also specialise in diagnostic testing for Dyslexia & Irlen Syndrome.

I am also a leading Breast Cancer Coach and have created the unique SIMPLE-6 program. I use my model to support those who have been diagnosed with cancer to minimise the impact of orthodox treatment and to assist emotional recovery. I focus therapies and wellness coaching around the needs of my clients. I provide opportunities for growth and well being at every stage of the cancer journey – and beyond.

I also have a strong passion in nutrition and emotional well-being and it's role in preventing and managing disease.
