Dr Sri Gada is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician specialising in Child Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Neurodisability, with over 25 years of NHS and independent practice experience.
He previously worked as a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (2005�2019) and as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Oxford (2007�2023). During his NHS career, he held senior leadership roles including Consultant Appraiser, Clinical Governance Lead, and Educational and Clinical Supervisor.
Dr Gada specialises in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of neurodevelopmental conditions in children and young people. His areas of expertise include:

Training and Background:
Dr Gada trained in paediatrics and paediatric intensive care at leading centres including Leicester Royal Infirmary and the Royal London Hospital. Following personal family experience of childhood disability, he developed a specialist interest in neurodisability and undertook further training in Community Child Health and Neurodevelopmental Paediatrics at the Royal Free Hospital, London. He undertook Diploma studies in Paediatric Neurodisability from Sheffield.
Academic and Educational Contributions:
Dr Gada has a strong track record in teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate clinicians in child development and neurodisability, both in the UK and internationally.
He is the editor of:
- Oxford Specialist Handbook of Community Paediatrics (2012), and
- Oxford Handbook of Neurodisability and Community Child Health (2022)
These are widely used by clinicians and trainees in the UK and internationally.
