About me
Dr Payal Tomlins (Ally) is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She runs a thriving private practice alongside her work in the NHS. She is also a lecturer and senior tutor in the department of Clinical, Education and Health Psychology at University College London.
She has won numerous national awards for designing innovative mental health services and patient safety. She was the recipient of the 2021 Parliamentary Healthcare Award and 2020 Private Healthcare award for her clinical psychology services.
Ally works with individuals, couples and families. Her approach is solution focused and flexible. She is passionate about evidence based interventions and keeping up to date with the latest theory and evidence in her field. She specialises in designing a therapeutic solution that is bespoke to each person she works with to get the most meaningful outcomes for her clients.
She offers virtual consultations and also has clinics in Victoria, Wimpole Street and Clapham.
