I am an experienced accredited Interpersonal Psychotherapist / counsellor offering a confidential service within a safe environment.
My belief is that everyone has the unique ability to reach their full potential. However, sometimes it’s just not that easy and we need professional support and kindness to help us on our own personal journey.
