About me

I am an Accredited EMDR and BACP Therapist offering therapy online through Zoom, FaceTime and Teams. I've been a therapist for 17 years and have worked in a variety of settings.

I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD).

I specialise in working with trauma and in my EMDR practice I've worked with clients who serve in the military, police and fire service.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapy designed to help people recover from traumatic events in their lives. EMDR is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). I am an EMDR Consultant in training.
