Hello, my name is Deborah Kaye Hamer,
I am a qualified BACP Accredited Therapist, I have worked in the Nhs for over 20 years, 15 years as a Counsellor and Therapist..
FEE assurred therapy.

I run a private practice which offers face to face based in (Carmarthenshire).
I offer remote therapy via video or telephone psychotherapy accross the whole of the UK.
I am an associate Therapist for various EAP companies and take private referals as well.


I am someone who will to listen to you unconditionally , empathically and work alongside you so that you can explore how you can move forward to find the life you deserve.
I believe that a persons life does not get better by chance, Life gets better by understanding how change can become possible, hope of "potential" that abides in us all., Therapy can be about and how "You" can embrace and harness change that may offer you the wellbeing you seek.
I work with Depression, Anxiety, Loss and Grief , Trauma. Relationship and relational issues.


I offer evening and daytime appointments, face to face or remote access.
I offer confidential therapy in a private and relaxed space with free parking available a short distance from Carmarthen and LLanelli.
Face to face therapy, telephone consultations and ZOOM, are a medium that I use.
