About me

Dr Bharathi was appointed as Consultant Gastroenterologist at Warrington and Halton Hospital in 2009. She trained in Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Leeds teaching hospitals, York hospital and Liver Transplant unit at St James University hospital, Leeds. She is currently Clinical Lead for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy at Warrington and Halton hospital.

Liver diseases including fatty liver disease, alcohol related liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, viral hepatitis and haemochromatosis; abnormal liver function; dyspepsia; gastro oesophageal reflux disease; functional gut disorder;inflammatory bowel disease; nutrition; coeliac disease; endoscopy including gastroscopy, colonosocpy and therapeutic endoscopy.
