About me

I believe we all have the power to change our lives and that therapy can be the first step on that path.

I have more than 20 years' experience working as Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a range of issues including: anxiety; depression; relationship difficulties; trauma; identity (personal, sexual and gender; loss; separation and divorce; infertility; women's issues; parenting issues; workplace difficulties; life change and personal development.

I also work with the mental health impacts of Covid and Long Covid.

And I provide therapy to therapists and counsellors in training.

I am registered and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by its Ethical Framework.

With a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, I am able to draw on a range of approaches - psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioural - to fit you, your needs and what you hope to achieve.

I know reaching out for help can feel daunting and I will do my best to make it as comfortable for you as I can.
