About me

I'm a Chartered Clinical Psychologist working with adults, children and young people in Ealing, West London, and online across the UK. I treat anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, PTSD and trauma, phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, insomnia, stress and burnout, body dysmorphic disorder, postnatal depression, grief and relationship difficulties.

I use evidence-based talking therapies � cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, behavioural activation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT) and interpersonal therapy (IPT) � and tailor the approach to you rather than the other way round.

I qualified with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oxford and have over 20 years' experience across the NHS and private practice. I'm Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Elite Psychology, registered with the HCPC, chartered with the BPS, and accredited by the BABCP as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Appointments are available face-to-face and by video or telephone, and I also offer sessions in Urdu.
