Dr Akhtar (DClinPsy) graduated from the University of Oxford and is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Elite Psychology. With over 20 years' experience across both NHS and private settings, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise in psychological health and evidence-based clinical practice. She is highly valued by clients and colleagues alike for her thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate approach.
She is a chartered Clinical Psychologist with the BPS and is registered with the HCPC. She is accredited with the BABCP as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
