About me

I am an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist, with Senior Accredition from the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and working to standards specified by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I work with adults and couples, both for short-term or long-term therapy as agreed. I also work online.

My training is integrative which means that I have been trained in a number of different psychological approaches: Person-centred, Psycho-dynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis. And that I combine these approaches in a way that I think will work best for each individual client.

I have extensive international experience working with intercultural issues e.g. intercultural marriage, migration, expatriation, working in different cultural environments/workplaces.
