About me

I am an HCPC-registered and BPS-chartered Consultant Counselling Psychologist providing NICE-recommended integrative psychological therapy and neurodevelopmental services.

I specialise in adult psychological care, complex trauma, relationship dynamics, and comprehensive neuroaffirmative neurodevelopmental assessments, pre and post diagnostic support.

My clinical practice focuses heavily on managing Generalized Anxiety Disorder - GAD, chronic depression, panic attacks, work-related burnout, and Complex PTSD and trauma and how these overlap with neurodivergent brains, using CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT and MBT.

Alongside ongoing therapeutic care, I offer multidisciplinary team gold-standard neuroaffirmative Autism, ADHD, and dual-diagnosis - AuDHD assessments for children and adults with immediate, no-wait-time availability.
