About me

Mrs Jay Lall qualified in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry. She is a member of the Royal College Of Podiatry (MRCOP) and the Health and Care Professions (HCPC). She has 20 years of NHS and private practice experience with a multi-award winning and two highly respected practices in Rochester, Kent. Mrs Lall has treated the feet of many stars and has featured in the press and on radio. She offers high quality treatments for the whole family. She completed her MSc in Podiatry with Clinical Biomechanics in 2019. Her research paper on the role of forensic podiatry and the use of a gait assessment tool was published in January 2021. Mrs Lall was 1 of the 12 leading ladies in the Kent Life Magazine January 2021.

In her free time she supports various charities and takes part in fund raising events such as the Race For Life, Moon Walk, helping the homeless in many Crisis shelters, bungee jumping, London to Brighton bike rides as well as running a half and a full marathon.
