I have been practicing as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for more than 20 years and have experience in CBT training and supervision and Schema Therapy.
I use a CBT approach to treat a wide range of clinical presentations (as outlined under areas of interest).
I am professionally accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am an ISST Certified Schema Therapist.
Alongside private practice, I have been employed in a NHS Clinical Psychology and Psychological Therapies Service for 13 years. I currently hold position of CBT Professional Lead for the South Eastern HSC Trust.
