About me

My name is Zeynep, I am a BACP- accredited therapist and clinical supervisor. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology (BSc Hons), 2000, and my postgraduate clinical training is integrative. This means I draw on a range of therapeutic models including psychodynamic, person-centred, transpersonal and solution focused therapies.

After graduating (2007), I spent the first 10 years working for a community-based counselling service, followed by a role within an NHS GP practice. This means I have experience of working with a wide range of people, across different settings and backgrounds. In 2016 I decided to set up in private practice, this is where you find me now. I am also a trained couples counsellor and a clinical assessor. My aim is to provide a safe psychological space where you can explore whatever you are struggling with, or is unresolved - whether that's anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or something harder to define. My role is to help find the solutions that make sense to you, wherever you are in your life.
