About me

I am a Practitioner Clinical Psychologist with skills in psychological assessment and intervention of adults experiencing difficulties such as depression, anxiety and trauma.

I have a special interest in working with individuals who have difficulties following trauma.

My clinical practice is influenced by modes of therapy such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) in order to best meet the needs of the client. To this end, I place the therapeutic alliance at the core of any psychological input.

I have completed accredited training in Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) for the treatment of trauma and have completed the British Psychological Society Approved Certificate in Trauma Treatments.
