About me

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist working in Little Milton, Oxfordshire. I was Clinical Director of South Bucks Counselling in High Wycombe (2019-23). I trained in the NHS at:
St Barts’ Hospital, and the
Homerton Hospital in London
Before that I trained at:
Promis Addiction Centre
Age Concern
I was a psychotherapist at the Nightingale Hospital
I have 21 years experience of working with people dealing with depression, low mood, anxiety states, trauma, bereavement, and addictions. This means that I have a lot of experience to offer you.

Areas of interest

I work on both a short and long term basis with people who are trying to work through a variety of situations and problems. Sometimes relating to a specific event such as bereavement, divorce or redundancy, sometimes relating to a more general problem or behaviour, or to issues relating to emotional stability.

I am flexible, adaptable and experienced.
