I am a consultant clinical psychologist with many years NHS and private practice experience across adult mental health and acute physical health settings. I am also dual qualified as a relational psychotherapist.
I work to understand what is causing your difficulties and maintaining them. This may feel like something internal to you, or may have been caused or worsened by external factors. My variety of training and experience means that I am good at spotting places you might be getting stuck and thinking flexibly about them.
