About me

I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice. When working with clients, I value a collaborative relationship. I'm down to earth and take an active role in addition to listening. I provide feedback, clarification and education around a given problem, as creating an understanding is essential to effecting change.

In practice, I don't just focus on the problems, but also ask my clients to go deep and explore what brings them meaning, purpose, peace of mind, and joy since these aspects of living are crucial in terms of healing and living a fulfilled life. In addition, I outline the practical steps that need to be taken to actualise this change.

I specialise in working with people struggling with depression, low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, relationship strain, family strain, work burnout, anger, panic, and obsessive anxiety. I also have expertise in working with the LGBTQ+ communities and GSRD (Gender, Sexual, Relationship Diversity).

I am registered with HCPC and chartered by the BPS in the UK. I additionally hold licensure in New York State in the US. I practice integrative psychotherapy with a primary focus on CBT, ACT, CFT, Buddhist Psychology and Existential Humanism as well as Internal Family Systems.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to New York City at the age of 18 where I earned a Masters and Doctoral Degree at the New School for Social Research. I moved to the UK in 2011 and have remained here in London since. I am accredited, registered, and licensed both in the UK and the USA.
