About me

I an an experienced and committed therapist and have undergone two rigorous trainings at Regent's College and the Anna Freud Centre.

Over the years, I have worked with clients aged 17-70 and have experience of a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, problems with relationships, parenting, loss and bereavement, physical and emotional abuse, sexual issues, betrayal, spirituality, lack of fulfilment, low self-esteem, difficulties in the work place, OCD, addiction and trauma.

My approach is mainly psychodynamic, so I am interested in looking at the links between our past and present experiences and relationships, and on better understanding our behavioural patterns, which we may not always be aware of.

My training, along with the feedback I receive from clients, have helped confirm my belief that talking about our difficulties with someone that is professionally trained to listen can lead to greater self knowledge and increased optimism for the future. As an integrative therapist I also have a working knowledge of other models including CBT and Mindfulness. I use all of my training and understanding of different therapeutic approaches and ideas to work with each and every one of my clients on an individual basis. I am committed to offering a consistently professional and non-judgemental approach and to adhere to the ethical guidelines of my registering body.

I have two consulting rooms: one in Victoria, London, a five-minute walk away from Victoria train station and another in Brighton, situated in a residential area, a few minutes walk away from Brighton. I offer appointments on most weekdays including some evenings.
