Hello,

I am a Counsellor and Coach working with Individuals and Couples who want lasting change in their lives.

I am guessing you are here because you’ve got something going on in your life that’s become too hard to deal with on your own. You’ve realised you need some help and here you are.

Searching for someone to come alongside you and help you out of the place you are in.

Whatever you reason for being here I believe I can help you.

I can help you find a way out so you can sleep better, worry less and live the fulfilled life you deserve.

What happens in a session?
Come and spend an hour with me in the privacy of my Caravan Clinic or Online via zoom or telephone
The time is yours. If you want to claim some peace, let’s sit in silence.  If you want to create I’ll have plenty of resources to hand. And if you want to talk my ears and heart are open.

Whatever you choose I will listen and respond.

I will work with all issues you bring but I have particular interest and expertise in working with bereavement and also neurodivergence.

It could be that you are a parent of an ND child and you are overwhelmed with all that entails or perhaps you are exploring the fact you are autistic or have ADHD. I would love to support you through this.
