About me
I have extensive experience as a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist in the NHS and private sector. Apart from individual therapy my role has involved running workshops, group facilitation and supervision. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy that is particularly effective at treating anxiety disorders such as OCD.
