About me

I a lower limb surgeon with a special interest in hip and knee surgery.,

I did my higher surgical training in London (SE Thames) and subsequently, completed an AOA accredited fellowship in knee and hip surgery in Sydney, Australia in 2013.

I joined as a locum consultant in the UK in 2013 and was subsequently offered a substantive NHS consultant knee surgeon post in Pilgrim Hospital, Boston (Lincolnshire) in Aug 2015. I relocated to London to join my family in London in Sept 2018 and I currently work in the Care UK Treatment Centres (London and Kent).

Besides publishing research articles in the peer reviewed journals, I have also authored orthopaedic books. I have been a regular columnist for the BMA News magazine for over 10 years. I have also written articles of general interest in the medical press in support of patients.

I like travelling and spending time with my wife and two children.
