About me

I provide a private counselling and psychotherapy service at locations in the south of Nottingham and the Vale of Belvoir. I also offer video counselling and telephone counselling where appropriate.

I work with individuals and couples using Psychodynamic and Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT) approaches. I trained at Leicester University and hold an MA in Psychodynamic Counselling, and a Diploma in Relationship Counselling from the MarriageCare organisation.

I am registered as an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
