About me

As an experienced, caring, professional therapist I offer confidential sessions at my private practice near Loughborough.

I am committed to working inclusively with a diverse range of people over the age of 18.

Throughout my career I have integrated various theories and techniques into my approach, this gives me greater flexibility in how I respond to you. It is important you feel safe and understood, I work collaboratively to agree how our sessions are structured, how frequently we will meet and ensure we have an agreed outcome to work towards.

Working for the last 20 years in supportive and therapy roles has deepened my understanding and empathy for the broad range of challenges and difficulties people can face in life. I have experience of working with people dealing with:

Poor health, abuse and trauma, domestic violence, housing & debt issues, relationship problems, separation/divorce, work place stress, difficulties with studying/ transitioning to university life, self harm, anxiety, depression, bereavement, job loss, family conflict, difficulties with children and poor mental health.
