About me

Having qualified from King's College London, I have a wealth of clinical experience working with a variety of specialities; including diabetes, weight management, bariatric surgery, renal, gastroenterology, IBS, FODMAP, surgery, oncology, eating disorders and nutrition support. My practical approach and clinical experience have given the depth of knowledge from working within the medical nutrition industry, seeing clinical patients to working with elite athletes. The ethos I believe to treat and work with clients is being part of a team with the client at the centre of this model. I embrace continuous learning and lecture to healthcare professionals, GP commissioning groups, sports coaches and athletes, work with Olympic athletes, Olympic Pathway Programmes, REDs, and Eatign Disorders.

I am a registered High-Performance Nutritionist have a Sports and Exercise Pg.Cert , ISAK trained in anthropometry and an Advanced Diploma in Personal Training.

I have wealth of experience and understanding about the fine balance of nutrition and hydration for health, during illness and sports performance.
