About me

Dr Kai Win is a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine with over a decade of experience in the diagnosis and non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. She has extensive experience in elite sport, supporting athletes across football, hockey, netball, volleyball and athletics, including at international competitions and the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Alongside her private practice, she is First Team Doctor at Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club and a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC Stanford Hall). Previous roles include Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine within the NHS, Chief Medical Officer at Birmingham City Football Club, and nearly 10 years working with the Football Association.

She takes a patient-centred approach, combining careful clinical assessment with close collaboration between patients and the wider multidisciplinary team. Where appropriate, she also provides ultrasound-guided treatments, including hyaluronic acid, PRP and Arthrosamid injections.
