About me
I am a highly skilled, experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working within the NHS and charity sectors. My main areas of work include, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, confidence building, anger management, and self esteem. I offer friendly and inclusive therapy sessions which are delivered in a comfortable, safe space. I am able to offer therapy face to face in a central location in Warrington, and also by telephone and Zoom.
