About me

I am a Specialist Dietitian with a wealth of knowledge in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics with over 16 years of clinical experience, both privately and within the NHS.
I am fully registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

I am currently employed as a First Contact Dietitian which is diagnostic clinician working in Primary Care at the top of their clinical scope of dietetic practice.
I have previously been the dietetic lead for Bariatric Surgery/ General Surgery and worked as part of the dietetic team in Gastroenterology.
I also successfully run my own private dietetic practice Well&Gut.

I am experienced in helping people optimise their diets to help manage irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances and other gut related disorders and have done training with Monash University on the low FODMAP diet.

I have been involved in research and have presented at national conferences and I am a published author in British Journal of Surgery and Digestive and Liver Disease

In addition, I am a qualified fertility Dietitian and able to help women and men optimise their diet for fertility.

I adopt a holistic approach, rather than a purely medical approach, and provide personalised advice based on an individual's lifestyle. My degree in Sports Science also complements this.
