About me
Welcome to my profile
About Me
I am an experienced Psychotherapist with over 20 years' experience working across a range of mental health settings, including the NHS, voluntary services, hospitals, and employee assistance programmes. I am committed to providing high-quality, confidential, and ethical care, always working in the best interests of my clients.
I offer a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where individuals can feel comfortable exploring emotional difficulties and life challenges. I understand the courage it takes to seek support and aim to provide a calm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered. I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing and take great pride in delivering compassionate, professional care.
What to expect in the initial meeting:
The initial meeting is a gentle first step and a chance for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy in a safe and supportive space. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. We will take time to explore your concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from therapy, at a pace that feels right for you.
This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right. My aim is to help you feel listened to, understood, and at ease, and to support you in deciding the next steps that best suit your needs.
