About me
I am a registered Psychotherapist with over eighteen years of experience working in private practice, organisational settings and in the corporate sector. I work with people suffering with moderate to severe mental health issues and with individuals and couples. My experience covers individual counselling, couples counselling, group facilitation, addictions counselling, trauma work and work with young people between the ages of fourteen to twenty-five. I have substantial experience of working with people who have undergone trauma and abuse, severe anxiety and depression and /or loss and emotional deprivation.
