About me

I have been working with children with speech, language, social communication difficulties and disorders for 30 years in health clinics, children’s homes, Early Years settings and schools. I always strive to be clear about my clinical judgements and to work collaboratively with parents, health and education professionals to ensure that the child makes the maximum amount of progress possible.

I left the NHS after 23 years in order to pursue an entirely clinical career. My colleagues have said: “You have incredible clinical skills and passion”; “As a clinician, you are inspiring”; “I am in awe of your knowledge and expertise”.

I have a Certificate of Clinical Competence to administer the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - 2, (ADOS - 2) and am therefore able to make a diagnosis of Autism.

I am accredited to deliver the 6-hour Part 1 Shape Coding by Susan Ebbels® course for up to 30 participants at any location in England.
