About me

I've worked in diverse mental health settings over the past 18 years providing assessments, formulations (i.e a psychological understanding) and therapeutic interventions with individuals across the lifespan. I have carried out research, supervision, teaching and training in diverse areas including on personality disorder difficulties. I am currently working with parents with mental health difficulties in my NHS role.

Areas of interest

Adults with any mental health difficulties; depression, anxiety, adolescents with emotion regulation difficulties including self harm;
parents with mental health difficulties.
