About me

I have worked in mental health for over 12 years and become a specialist in providing treatment for a wide range of mental health problems. I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with extensive experience. I have worked in various settings of mental health including hospitals, secure units and GP surgeries and very much enjoy working out in the community. My primary work is via face to face sessions but I do also offer telephone and skype sessions for clients who may prefer this. I commonly work with clients who have depression, anxiety issues, trauma, OCD, bipolar, phobias, panic disorder, self esteem and confidence issues and many more. I have a lot of job satisfaction helping others gain a better quality of life as well as helping support clients back to work and providing employee assistance for companies.
