About me

Hello,

ADULTS ONLY (Over 18)

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working with people with psychological and physical difficulties in both NHS and private settings. I take a flexible approach tailored to your individual needs, offering a variety of therapeutic models, strategies and techniques which can be integrated or used alone.
I am trained in EMDR therapy and seeing very positive results for many with this approach to trauma and other presentations. I believe in using the body in therapy with somatic psychology and 'Polyvagal' theory key in my approach, along with training in Yoga Therapy, for those who are interested in a more integrative mind-body therapy.
In addition to Clinical Psychology approaches, I am trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy which may be useful for certain conditions and we can discuss this. I am also a trauma sensitive yoga teacher recognised with IYN & Yoga Alliance.
I am highly experienced in working with individuals with physical health conditions which may impact on their quality of life, involve suffering through pain and other symptoms. We can work together to address the impact on your psychological wellbeing, for example, anxiety and/or depression.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions at all.
