About me

I am an integrative counsellor offering a wide range of interventions to suit the individual depending on their individual requirements. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, confidential space. I am qualified with a degree in counselling and a MSc in Counselling Supervision. I am also qualified as a DIT therapist and am a DIT Supervisor providing supervision to trainees with the Anna Freud Centre. I have of 25 years of extensive experience working with a range of people with various issues including, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, relationship issues and grief. I am a counsellor and supervisor. I am also a Dynamic Interpersonal Therapist and DIT Supervisor.
