About me

I have worked in NHS adult community mental health services for 14 years, and now run a busy private practice alongside being the co-director for Babies 1st, a CIC providing VIG training, supervision and intervention in the Thames Valley area. I am also an associate supervisor and trainer for the Oxford Therapy Centre. My primary clinical and research interest is in parent, maternal and infant mental health, but I do also work with adults across the lifespan, using a range of therapeutic models, tools and approaches to treat distress and develop resilience.
