About me

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist in adult mental health working both within the NHS and in private practice. I am trained in multiple therapies including CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT and EMDR. I use psychometric assessments if indicated (eg. memory, intelligence testing) and work systemically to promote recovery of functioning and engagement in the clients life once again. Working together, treatment is tailored to the individual and responsive to their short term and longer term aspirations.
