About me

I am a Counsellor & Psychotherapist based in Epping, Essex CM16. I have many years working in the NHS and experience of working with people who come with a wide range of different conditions, such as low mood, depression and anxiety. This will impact in many different ways in your life, such as having a low self-esteem and heightened self-criticism. This may then manifest in perhaps relationship issues, or feeling stuck within a work situation, or perhaps a general lack of self-belief. Very often these engrained patterns of belief will link to past events and perhaps early relational experiences, past abuse, school bullying or bereavement.

Areas of interest

I work with adults, 18+ I have a special interest in working with perinatal & postnatal conditions and trauma. I have experience working with a wide range of conditions.

I work within a short-term focused counselling intervention and longer open ended psychotherapy.
