About me

Psychotherapy can help us understand better how we behave, what motivates us, and how past experiences can affect current behaviour. By expressing whatever is uppermost in our mind, feelings, thoughts, wishes, fears, memories and dreams can be explored within the safety of the therapeutic relationship. The aim being to enable us to find more appropriate ways of coping with our difficulties and to bring about changes in our thinking, feeling and behaviour. Through exploration therapy hopes to enable us to live a more fulfilling life and reach our full potential in the face of life's limitations.
