About me

I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since 2003, working with all kinds of people bringing all kinds of issues. My approach is integrative and relational, meaning that I draw on different therapeutic approaches and use tools that are appropriate for each person on a case by case basis. Whether it is depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement - whatever brings you, it is important that you are listened to with understanding and compassion, empowered and resourced to find your way forward.

Areas of interest

I welcome every client as a unique individual. Diagnosis is not appropriate for the human problems of living, but if we must use medical terms then 'depression, 'anxiety' and relationship issues, bereavement, stress, life transitions - these are all issues I work with.
