About me

Following graduation in 1998, Mr. Khout completed his training in General Surgery and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2010. Mr. Khout joined Edinburgh Breast Unit for a one year of Breast Oncoplastic Fellowship in 2012.

Mr. Khout was appointed as Consultant Breast Oncoplastic surgeon since 2013. He has joined the Nottingham Breast Institute as a consultant Oncoplastic Surgeon in 2015. He was also appointed by the Public Health of England as a professional clinical advisor (Surgery) for the Breast screening programme for the East Midlands.

Mr. Khout has interest in teaching and education for undergraduate and postgraduate trainees. He has become a fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK since 2010.

Research interests:
New technologies in breast oncoplastic surgery, Breast care genetics, Breast care survivorship, maximizing breast conserving options by utilizing mammoplasty techniques and chest wall flaps.
