About me
I am an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists).
I have a wide experience offering CBT assessment and treatment to people who suffer from anxiety, stress and mood difficulties in the NHS and also private practice. My clinical role also includes providing supervision to trainees. I was also a committee member of the BABCP Compassion Interest Group (SIG) whom support and encourage research and clinical practice with compassion-focused CBT. Prior to working as a CBT therapist, I was a senior occupational therapist in the mental services for almost 10 years. My clinical experience included working with both in-patients and outpatients to help them regaining skills and confidence to restart their activity of daily living.

Please note that I do not provide intervention for physical health problems but it is common that people may suffer depression and anxiety linking to their physical health problems. I offer CBT for mood difficulties that linking to people's physical health problems.
I offer CBT sessions online and face to face.
