About me

I am a medically qualified CBT therapist with experience in Psychiatry. I have been working with people with emotional difficulties for over 20 years. I have also worked with a number of large organisations as a trainer and coach. I have a particular interest in helping people to overcome obstacles in their lives enabling them to achieve their full potential in education, work and life in general. I also have training and experience in using CBT and EMDR for trauma and in stress management.
