I have over 20 years of experience as a counsellor and Psychotherapist in helping, guiding, and supporting adults to explore the obstacles to their personal growth and development enabling them to discover a sense of self, to connect with their unique purpose and potential. To find more contentment, in what often feels like a troubled inner and outer world.
