My therapeutic approach as a counselling psychologist is integrative and I draw from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Humanistic therapy. In addition, I also have a keen interest in Mindfulness Meditation, Schema therapy and compassion focused therapy. Also, I am trained to use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) treatment. My therapeutic style is adapted to best meet the individual needs of each client I see.
