About me

I have worked within a variety of NHS clinical services since 2000. Most of my career has been spent working in Bromley, Lewisham and Southwark where I have gained experience of working with a wide range of clients using different therapeutic approaches. I specialise in CBT-oriented therapy and as a Clinical Psychologist I am also trained in psychodynamic, systemic and attachment approaches, which I will draw on depending on the client's needs.

I have experience of working in NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and NHS Paediatric Services. This has led me to develop particular skills in working with children, adolescents and their families to address a range of emotional, behavioural and relationship problems.
I have also worked in several adult psychology services providing one-to-one therapy for adults experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.

The therapeutic relationship is at the centre of my practice and I always aim to provide a confidential, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their difficulties, gain more understanding and develop healthier ways of coping.
