About me

I help people who are having a difficult time to feel better about themselves.

I offer face to face sessions as well as online sessions. I specialise in anxiety and depression, work stress, relationship issues, trauma from traffic accidents and bereavement. I have off road parking, as well as safe storage of bicycles.

I am BACP Senior Accredited with over 20 years experience as a counsellor and before that I was a humanitarian aid worker, I focus on practical techniques that let you take steps to a happier and more productive life. My skills and experience are fully accredited by the BACP.

Respecting your privacy, we shall work together, finding strategies to tackle the obstacles in your life allowing you to build a stronger relationship with yourself and those close to you.

My approach is reflective and centred wholly around you. I use several counselling tools including CBT, narrative therapy, solution focused and creative therapy.

I work from a discreet and comfortable room which is located near town, Abbeydale Road and Ecclesall Road.
