About me

I have been working as a psychotherapist for 25 years. I can help people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, lack of confidence and coming to terms with childhood experiences. I have continued my professional development by training in Attachment theory, mindfulness based CBT, trauma work, and acceptance commitment therapy. I have a doctorate in psychoanalytic studies and my specialist subject was childlessness - voluntary, involuntary and circumstantial. I have a a particular interest in working with individuals who find parenting challenging. I am also interested in working with people who are facing the challenges of ageing whether in terms of family member or themselves.
