About me

Caroline is a Clinical Psychologist who takes a wide range of referrals including all anxiety conditions, PTSD and other trauma conditions, depression, OCD, self harm, chronic fatigue, IBS, work related burnout and chronic pain.

Caroline currently works with children and adults and their families with a wide range of psychological, mental and physical health conditions. She has specialist experience in all physical health conditions especially in respiratory (Cystic Fibrosis), gastroenterology and chronic pain conditions. Caroline has worked in a range of physical and mental health care settings across the lifespan over the past 25 years.

Caroline currently works across the lifespan from young children to older adults (and their families) with a wide range of psychological, mental and physical health problems. She offers a comprehensive service, readily signposting individuals and their families to relevant NHS services (if available) and is keen to liaise with other health and educational professionals involved. Intensive input is offered if required and indicated. Caroline works within a wide range of psychological therapies including CBT (including TF-CBT), ACT and systemic therapies.

Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and British Psychological Society (BPS) registered. Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Disclosure (DBS) checked.
